In 2016, Jeff Sims, known as Mr. Moolah Monsta, ignited a cultural phenomenon through his pop-up shops, blending fashion with a deep desire to inspire young men. This fusion birthed more than just a clothing line. When asked what laid the foundation for the innovative urban podcast, "Thinking Outside of the Box," Jeff explained, "As a fashion designer, I often hosted pop-up events where I invite speakers to engage with the youth and attendees. Darius, also known as Holy Grind, would entertain the crowd during these gatherings. There was always a sense of collaboration between us, and I would express to him my desire to do something meaningful together. Eventually, the idea clicked, and everything fell into place with the addition of Reg and Scholar. Holy Grind had the most experience in speaking because he is a Pastor, which made him an ideal fit. I believe this was a gift from God because each team member plays a crucial role. None of this would have been possible without their contributions, so I'm grateful for the opportunity to work alongside such talented individuals. I'm excited to see where this journey takes us. The group's addition of Terrance 'Tea Mack' McClurge added a great way for the group to connect with the youth. Tea Mack's experiences from being incarcerated for 24 years led to profound dialogues with the youth and their experiences. Recognizing the power of these conversations, Thinking Outside The Box Podcast was born.
TOTB Podcast brings together four distinct voices, that challenge the norm and spark transformative discussions. When asked about the most challenging part of their journey Reg stated that coming together and maintaining consistency with our day-to-day lives. While we all shared a vision for something special, none of us knew exactly how it would unfold as we got to learn more about each other and how we would vibe on the air. But, once we aired our first show, we realized we had something unique. With each subsequent episode and season, our confidence grew as we recognized our talent and impact on others. The feedback from our audience, the letters we received, the attendance at our live shows, and inquiries about our content, fueled our determination and helped us overcome any doubts and obstacles." After three years, their collaboration is second nature. TOTB engages in various events throughout the year, including coat drives, and pop-up shops, and even taking their show on tour. With the hosts' shared purpose clear, they are always eager to see where this journey takes us next, confident that their trajectory will continue to rise. The podcast serves as a beacon of inspiration, urging youth to consider the consequences of their choices.

Jeff "Mr. Moolah Monsta" Sims: The driving force behind TOTB, Moolah Monsta brings unfiltered opinions and a no-holds-barred attitude, cutting through the noise with refreshing candor.
